In my practice I work with individual women who feel like they are going through a time of change and uncertainty. They want to shift, but aren’t quite sure how, or they do not have adequate natural positive support from the people around them for changing and growth. They also would like to have a better understanding of their emotions, and how to live a more authentic life of full self expression.
During your process of being, feeling, and growing into your true authentic self, support from a compassionate and caring person in a safe confidential space can be just the thing you need to begin to heal.

Counseling sessions can also help you with a variety of issues, such as:

What does a counseling session look like?
Each 50 minute session is your time and space to talk about and explore what is on your mind and heart. I listen with a compassionate presence. We will discuss where you are in your life, and what you would like help to change or shift during our time together. I do not prescribe a certain amount of sessions.. Often people feel relieved from just expressing themselves to a non-judgemental witness. I can help you get grounded and get clear on how to move forward using your authentic and unique voice. Over time you may become aware of your thought patterns and patterns of beliefs you hold about yourself or situations, and feelings that arise around those thoughts. From there, we can then identify thoughts and beliefs that get in the way of your wholeness. I can offer and suggest exercises and tools that help cultivate self love and self acceptance.
You will be encouraged to remember who you are and what your passions are, and what makes you more full of joy and love.
