I have to say: I love Reiki in the morning.

Reiki is actually fine with me any time of day.  However, it’s such a positive, gentle, way to start the day. A new day represents a new beginning.  I always feel held by the light and energy of the rising sun as the life that surrounds us awakens, especially this time of year when it is the lightest and brightest!
